DARSHANEEYA DARWAJA

The transcendental young girl after disappearing from the ‘Bhoomika Mandir’ and from there this very place had advanced towards the ‘Trikuta’ hill. This is also true that one gets the first view of the Trikuta hill from here. Hence this place is called ‘Darshan Darwaja’ which is situated about one km. from Katra.

BAN GANGA

As the mighty Goddess advanced further, Hanuman was present there. While advancing further, Hanuman was feeling thirsty. Goddess shot an arrow in the stones and brought out Ganga and then Hanuman quenched his thirst. In that waters, Goddess washed her hair and thus known to be ‘Bal Ganga’. This place is about 2 kms from Katra and one km from ‘Darshaneeya Darwaja.’ There is a bridge across this ‘(Ban Ganga)’ river from where the steps up hill begin. There is also pathway used by ponies, horses and others close to this.
