Akhnoor a fantastic place which situated about 32 km in north west of
Jammu where Chinab River has met the plains. This use to be the route to
Kashmir during the Mughal period during 15th to 17th century. Surinsar is about
80 km and Mansar is about 42 km East of Jammu, more crowds. These are popular
picnic spot for young and old.
